We use gotomeeting.com to conduct the webcast meeting. All you have to do is enter a Meeting ID Number to share the same screen and keyboard access. These webcast meetings also give you experience using your practice financial model. (It's even a great way to learn how to use Microsoft Excel.)
We start by populating your practice financial model with the data from all of the months that are closed in the current year. In addition, we also add additional software modules and customize your practice financial model to help you better manage your practice.

All integration services include a strict confidentiality agreement to carefully protect and preserve your privacy. In simple English, this agreement ensures that your information is not disclosed, shared, sold, or otherwise distributed in any way whatsoever. We also guarantee that we will never ask to or use you as a reference to sell our software and or services or reveal the name of any client. (We do accumulate anonymous data to allow us to give you benchmarks and other financial ratios so you can see how your practice compares to other dental practices.)
We aim to help you reduce administrative work, save time and money, and take firmer control of your practice. Our service will also introduce you to the power and possibilities of our easy-to-learn, easy-to-use customized Microsoft Excel templates for dentistry.
The information we need to start the service:
- From your chosen accounting program (QuickBooks, Peachtree, etc.), generate a P&L for each month in 2009 that is closed and e-mail it to us. This e-mail can be generated directly from QuickBooks into Excel. Many clients have their accountants send us this e-mail.
- We will e-mail you a simple Microsoft Excel input sheet to collect your manpower data and productivity data. These two input sheets look like the software segment tabs in the financial model. This file will also include an example of the QuickBooks P&L report explained in item No. 1.
After we populate your practice financial model with the data, we schedule a meeting to review it with you. Then after every monthly closing, just e-mail us just the current monthly data and we will repeat the process.
The cost of our software integration service is $100 per month with a three-month initial minimum. After this period, we will contact you to see if you want to continue the service for the next three months. There is no contract or obligation. To cancel, just call and we will immediately delete your credit card information from our records.
